Responsibilities
Coordinate with federal, state, and local tax authorities to clarify notice requirements and advance resolutions
Identify recurring notice themes and recommend process improvements to reduce future notice volume
Collect and organize required information/documentation to support timely resolution
Identify and document root causes of recurring notice issues and propose process improvements (relating to notice resolution—not tax advice)
Ensure full compliance with client’s data security and confidentiality protocols
Provide best-practice guidance and knowledge transfer to client's personnel on notice management
Qualification
Required
Agency Notice Experience is a must
Credentialed CPA's
3–4+ years hands‑on experience in employment tax and notice resolution
Proven coordination with federal, state, and local tax authorities
Strong documentation, root‑cause analysis, and communication skills
