$35/hr - $45/hrLHH is seeking an experienced Production Planner to support reagent manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for production scheduling, inventory planning, and ensuring efficient material flow to meet business demands.

Responsibilities
Lead the SIOP process for reagent manufacturing
Determine and schedule production based on materials, equipment, and labor
Create and manage manufacturing orders (MOs)
Maintain and prioritize production and assembly schedules
Monitor material supply; identify shortages and bottlenecks
Analyze backorders and upcoming orders for planning decisions
Adjust schedules to meet deadlines and resolve production issues
Investigate root causes of production challenges and propose solutions
Lead Reagent Daily Management meetings
Implement 30/60/90‑day production plans
Oversee inventory planning to prevent shortages or excess
Review capacity planning data with manufacturing teams
Qualification
Required
Experience in reagent planning required
FDA EUA–approved Covid‑19 vaccination (reasonable accommodations considered)
Strong ERP and database skills
Advanced Excel or related data analysis abilities
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration
High accuracy and strong analytical skills
Preferred
APICS or similar certification preferred
