Responsibilities
Performs a wide range of job responsibilities in all production areas as needed
Properly removes all finished parts from the row
Consistently picks-out and removes defects from a moving line
Follows all standard work procedures
Maintains a clean work area
Differentiates between scrap defects and re-run defects
Packs finished parts efficiently
Any other duties as requested
Qualification
Required
Ability to use both hands to pick-up and manipulate small parts simultaneously
Must be able to work overtime as needed, sometimes on short notice or on weekends
Ability to work at a fast pace, standing or walking most of the shift
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
Can successfully work in a team environment
Ability to follow standard operating procedures and take direction from others
Ability to differentiate between different sizes, shapes, styles and colors
Ability to read/set scales
