Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and complete audit, review, and compilation engagements
Supervise, mentor, and review work performed by audit staff and seniors
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during engagements
Identify and communicate accounting, auditing, and internal control issues
Ensure engagements are completed on time and within budget
Assist with training, workflow management, and process improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
CPA or CPA-eligible required
3–6+ years of public accounting audit experience
Experience leading audit engagements and supervising staff (Supervisor level)
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and GAAS
Excellent communication, organizational, and client service skills
Preferred
Master's degree in Accounting
