Responsibilities
Supply Plan Execution: Support the development and execution of supply plans aligned with demand forecasts and production schedules
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess and obsolescence
Capacity Coordination: Collaborate with manufacturing and procurement teams to ensure supply readiness and resolve capacity constraints
Cross-functional Support: Work closely with brand, demand planning, procurement, and regional teams to align supply activities with business needs
Innovation: Support innovation and product launch activities by aligning supply plans with new product introductions and timelines
Portfolio Management: Oversee SKU lifecycle management, including product exits, dispositions, rework opportunities and both ZFIN / ZSAS material status to maintain accurate inventory profiles and product line alignment
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Prepare content and present to support decision-making within S&OP meetings
Issue Resolution: Assist in resolving supply disruptions and delays, escalating issues as needed to maintain service levels
Process Improvement: Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving planning processes, system utilization, and operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
3+ years of experience in supply planning or related roles, preferably within a branded product environment
Knowledgeable in advanced Microsoft Excel formulas and familiarity with ERP and planning systems (e.g., SAP, Kinaxis, Oracle)
Strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities
Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
High level of accuracy and organizational skills
Willingness to travel up to 10% annually, potentially including international locations
