Responsibilities
Greet customers and deliver exceptional service while acting as a brand ambassador to convert walk-in traffic into clients, sparking excitement and desire for the product
Uphold Purple Brand’s image, standards and guidelines
Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices
Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication with colleagues to maintain a positive workplace environment
Cultivate an extensive and organized client book, initiating regular client contact, and prompt follow-up on all sales, events or inquiries
Exceed personal sales targets KPI’s, while contributing to overall store objectives
Stay on top of new products, trends, and initiatives
Actively promote store events
Maintain store cleanliness and uphold visual merchandising standards
Support inventory management tasks, including physical counts and restocking
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in a luxury retail environment
Passion for fashion, music, and art
Excellent oral and written communication
Demonstrate a proven history of exceeding both individual and store targets
Critical and solution-oriented thinker
Able to work a flexible schedule that will include weekends, holidays, and special events
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
