The SVP, Wellbeing is responsible for establishing the OLYD Mental Health Clinic, providing confidential mental health services to all personnel and ensuring psychological safety within the organization.

Responsibilities

Build the OLYD Mental Health Clinic
Develop confidential intake systems, scheduling, and secure communication channels
Establish initial hours of availability for all OLYD personnel
Provide direct, confidential clinical care during the founding period
Work directly with the CSO on cases where mental health intersects with safety or risk
Maintain strict professional boundaries without the involvement of HR investigations or performance management
Provide requested clinical insight to the Safeguarding Office in anonymized or mandated-reporting contexts
Design a scalable mental-health team model for future hires (therapists, counselors, wellbeing specialists)
Outline clinical systems needed as OLYD rapidly and sustainably expands into schools, clinics, and family-facing programs
Integrate broad ideological thinking to ensure trauma-informed, culturally competent care frameworks
Develop resilience frameworks for early-stage teams managing mission-critical functions
Provide confidential guidance to leadership during times of emotional strain or organizational conflict
Build internal education programs on trauma-informed communication and emotional regulation

Required

Must hold one of the following: PhD or PsyD (clinical or counseling psychology)
MD/DO in Psychiatry
PhD/MD in Clinical Social Work or a closely related clinical discipline
Active clinical licensure
10+ years post-licensure clinical experience
Expertise in trauma informed care, safeguarding-adjacent clinical work, or crisis psychology
Experience in complex systems, child-serving organizations, or social justice driven institutions
Ability to build clinical programs from the ground up
The highest degree of confidentiality, professionalism, and healthy boundaries
