Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and update BIM models using Revit
Coordinate models with multiple trades and disciplines to ensure accuracy and clash resolution
Review and update project documentation to reflect design and construction changes
Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and onsite teams to ensure compliance with project specifications
Participate in project and coordination meetings, providing technical input and BIM support as needed
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks
Prior experience in BIM Revit 3D modeling and drafting, preferably within Electrical, Piping, and Construction-related disciplines
Strong understanding of BIM workflows and construction processes
Excellent communication, collaboration, and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
