Responsibilities
Configure and support SAP SD processes across the full Order-to-Cash lifecycle
Manage sales order processing, pricing, delivery, PGI, billing, and invoicing
Integrate SD with Logistics Execution (LE), MM, WM/EWM , and warehouse operations
Support shipping, delivery processing, and logistics coordination
Work on interfaces and integrations with external systems (WMS, 3PL, carriers) using IDocs / EDI
Support output management for invoices, delivery notes, and shipping documents
Participate in requirement gathering, functional design, testing, and go-live support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Logistics, Finance, Warehouse, IT)
Qualification
Required
7–12 years of SAP SD functional experience
Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA SD
Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes
Proven experience with logistics integration (SD–MM, SD–LE, SD–WM/EWM)
Experience with delivery processing, shipping points, PGI, billing
Exposure to IDocs, EDI, and interface-based integrations
Excellent communication and stakeholder-facing skills
Preferred
Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or logistics-heavy environments
Prior S/4HANA migration or implementation experience
Knowledge of output management frameworks
