In this hybrid role, you will support the sales organization by defining data requirements and building dashboards, while collaborating with sales managers and the data science team for more complex tasks.

Responsibilities
Monitor partner commitments vs. actuals (Deal Reg, Revenue, Training)
Regularly audit the PRM (Partner Relationship Management) system to remove duplicate partner records and normalize data
Build and maintain Tableau/PowerBI/Salesforce dashboards that replace previous ad-hoc Data Science reports
Map current partner coverage against target TAM (Total Addressable Market) to identify regions needing recruitment
Assist Channel Leadership in rolling up the weekly partner forecast, identifying "stalled" deals that need intervention
Dashboards are current and available 24/7 for leadership
% of active partners with up-to-date certifications
Reduction in "surprise" slips in the channel pipeline
Qualification
Required
Around 5-7 years of relevant experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or sales support, focused on strategic and operational impact
2-3 years of experience working with customer-facing teams, especially in sales to define requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (simplifying complex problems and developing data-backed solutions)
Strong business acumen and creativity
Strong SQL knowledge for querying, manipulation, and dashboard building
Strong Tableau data visualization skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred
Google Sheets and Salesforce experience is highly preferred
