Responsibilities

Partner with UX design, research, product, and marketing teams to align on UX content strategy
Create clear, on-brand UX copy that drives understanding and positive user outcomes
Develop and maintain content frameworks, documenting rationale and decisions
Ensure consistency in voice, tone, quality, and reading level across experiences
Execute content strategies and support teams through content alignment and revisions
Lead content reviews and revisions while meeting timelines
Communicate content strategy clearly to stakeholders using strong presentation skills
Ask thoughtful questions, champion simplicity, and promote innovation
Review and provide feedback on UX content created by peers
Continuously raise the bar on content quality through learning and feedback

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., English, Creative Writing, Business Communications)

Familiarity with agile development environments
Experience with tools such as Figma, Jira, and Miro
Understanding of medical device development processes and/or diabetes-related products
