Improve visibility across Google, Bing, ChatGPT, Gemini, and AI search tools
Assist with blog outlines, landing pages, and metadata optimization
Create and schedule posts for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
Help define READY’s brand voice and posting cadence
Repurpose logistics operations into engaging content
Generate short-form video content (Reels / Shorts)
Edit basic videos using tools like CapCut, Adobe, or similar
Assist with captions, hashtags, and AI-generated scripts
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) for content ideation and optimization
Explore tools for AI search visibility and structured content
Track performance and recommend improvements
Qualification
Required
Senior-year college student or recent graduate
Major in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Business, or related field
Strong interest in SEO, social media, and video marketing
Familiarity with social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube)
Basic video editing tools
AI tools for content creation and optimization
Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently
Preferred
Interest in logistics, supply chain, or B2B marketing
