Executive Vice President, Market Pricing
TP is a global hub of innovation and empowerment, seeking an Executive Vice President for Market Pricing. This role is responsible for driving financial strategy and performance, overseeing market pricing, and leading commercial teams to optimize pricing and support strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities
Lead and oversee market-level financial strategy, planning, and execution across the BPO organization
Serve as a strategic business partner to executive leadership, operations, sales, and client management teams
Drive financial performance, profitability, and margin optimization across accounts and service lines
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, analysis, and executive-level dashboards
Provide financial leadership for pricing strategies, deal modeling, contract negotiations, and RFP responses
Manage revenue recognition, cost management, and productivity metrics aligned with BPO operational models
Lead risk management, compliance, internal controls, and audit readiness initiatives
Support strategic growth initiatives, including market expansion, new services, and mergers & acquisitions
Develop and mentor high-performing finance leadership and market finance teams
Collaborate with global finance, accounting, and shared services teams to ensure consistency and best practices
Partner with clients as needed to support financial governance, transparency, and trust
Ensure adherence to regulatory, contractual, and corporate financial policies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
15+ years of progressive finance and workforce leadership experience, preferably within BPO, shared services, outsourcing, or professional services environments
Proven experience leading market or business-unit-level finance organizations at a senior executive level
Strong expertise in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), pricing, contract economics, and margin management
Demonstrated experience partnering with executive leadership and influencing strategic decisions
Deep understanding of BPO operating models, cost structures, and client contractual frameworks
Experience supporting large, multi-client, multi-geography operations
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Track record of building and developing high-performing finance teams
Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
Preferred
Master's degree or MBA
CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional certification strongly preferred
