Responsibilities
Work as part of a team in support of a paper manufacturing operation with a goal of increasing productivity; decreasing downtime and waste
Disassembly and reassembly of paper machine rolls, including being responsible for the installation of bearings
Ability to use mobile cranes, lifts, and hoists
Follow all company safety rules and lock-out tag-out procedures
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Graduate or GED
Able to pass pre-employment physical and drug test
Must be able to sit, stoop, and bend
Must be authorized to work in the U.S
Must have valid current driver's license
Must have knowledge of disassembly and assembly processes for paper machine rolls
Must process the knowledge of what maintenance is needed for paper machine rolls
Must have experience operating assembly equipment to determine required units for the rolls
Benefits
Bonus: Potential Annual – Based upon achievement of plant performance metrics.
Paid Vacation: [2 (80 hours)] weeks per calendar year. Pro-rata Vacation during the initial year of hire based upon start date within the calendar year.
