Responsibilities
Review and process video alarms promptly and accurately to ensure a positive customer experience
Communicate clearly and courteously with customers, security teams, law enforcement, and internal departments
Deliver calm, attentive service in a fast-paced call center environment while maintaining strong attention to detail
Follow site-specific instructions carefully to meet each customer’s unique security needs
Respond to every alarm with professionalism, sound judgment, and a customer-first mindset
Provide accurate documentation of all actions taken in reaction to alarm signal
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 18 years of age
High School diploma or equivalent
Ability to remain seated while using a computer, reviewing CCTV footage, and handling phone equipment for extended periods
Ability to perform effectively in moderately stressful situations
Proficient in working simultaneously with multiple computer applications and databases
Demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Pre-employment testing is required
Must pass background and drug screen process
2 years of customer service experience
English language proficiency
Preferred
Previous experience in customer service, CCTV surveillance, or roles requiring strong attention to detail preferred
Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
