The role focuses on improving cash flow and supporting month-end accuracy while coordinating with sales and operations to resolve billing discrepancies.
Responsibilities
Generate and process customer invoices accurately and on time
Manage accounts receivable, apply payments, and reconcile customer accounts
Follow up on outstanding balances and handle collections professionally
Maintain organized, up-to-date financial records and documentation
Support month-end close, reporting, and audit requests
Coordinate with sales and operations to resolve billing discrepancies
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in accounts receivable and bookkeeping
Strong understanding of invoicing, payments, and AR reconciliation
High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
Professional communication skills for customer follow-ups
Preferred
Experience in transportation or logistics accounting
