They are seeking an Industrial Engineer Project Manager to design, optimize, and manage fulfillment center projects, focusing on enhancing operations and meeting increasing demand.

Responsibilities
Work with cross-functional teams of Ops, Maintenance, Finance, IT, Transportation, and more to roll out improvement projects throughout the fulfilment network
Use forecasts, analytics, and industry best practices to enhance the storage, material handling equipment, and layout of both new and existing facilities
Design new sites from scratch with AutoCAD while rolling out new solutions for legacy sites
Utilize project management software to track project deliverables, timelines, and budgets
Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts for equipment and installation services
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement, and partner with Software and Product teams as a subject matter expert in facility automation
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in AutoCAD software
Experience in fulfillment center design or logistics optimization
Knowledge of material handling equipment and warehouse management systems
Strong project management skills and run meetings remotely
Travel 25% on average (more concentrated on project roll-outs), and identify travel-to-site needs proactively
Vendor management and contract negotiation experience
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, working with construction/integration teams as well as HQ technical and business teams
