Summer Intern, Supervision Regulation & Credit, SES and Stress Testing Data
The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia is one of the 12 regional Reserve Banks that make up the Federal Reserve System. They are seeking an undergraduate or graduate level student with a strong interest in quantitative finance to support the Securities Evaluation Services team with data management and analysis related to fixed income securities.

Cleanse the data
Develop new templates used by SES analysts for examinations
Study horizontal behaviors to generate presentations and products
Qualification
Required
A rising junior or senior undergraduate, or master's student pursuing a degree related to Finance, Economics, Statistics, or Data Science
Experience working with large data sets
Familiarity with R and SQL
Preferred
Strong technical background
Verbal and written communication skills
Problem solving skills
Attention to detail is needed to make sure that the data work has been performed correctly
Organizational skills to annotate and document their work such that others can pick up where the project left off
Ability to work well independently with little supervision, the project manager will be available to assist
Strong presentation and communication skills to share what they have completed concisely and effectively
