Responsibilities
Develop and manage key customer relationships
Execute daily sales and account management aligned with long-term strategy
Support sourcing, risk management, and hedging decisions
Work closely with sales and logistics to deliver on the commercial plan
Lead and participate in cupping sessions
Travel regularly to support customers and origin relationships
Qualification
Required
5-7 years of green coffee trading / sales experience
Established US customer base (small- to mid-sized roasters)
Strong understanding of risk management and hedging
Confident cupper with hands-on sensory experience
Self-starting, detail-oriented, and analytically minded
Practical experience with Excel, Power BI, and CRM systems
Enjoys travel and thrives in a fast-moving environment
Must be eligible to work in the United States

Location: Miami preferred (on-site), though we're open to a remote role for exceptional candidates with a proven track record
