Experienced in defined contribution and/or pension and/or welfare plans
Flexible and able to adjust as different needs arise during the day needing their attention
Analytical to problem solve issues impacting benefits
Able to act as subject matter expert to other staff
Able to start work between 7:30 am to 8:00 am so the daily balancing cut-off time can be met
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Ability to comprehend and interpret complex benefit plan related information
Ability to analyze and manage large data files to identify data discrepancies within MS Excel or MS Access
Professional writing skills. Is able to prepare a business letter or email with appropriate punctuation and clarity
Experienced in defined contribution and/or pension and/or welfare plans
Flexible and able to adjust as different needs arise during the day needing their attention
Analytical to problem solve issues impacting benefits
Able to act as subject matter expert to other staff
Able to start work between 7:30 am to 8:00 am so the daily balancing cut-off time can be met
Preferred
Working knowledge of Defined Benefits, Defined Contributions, and Health benefits
Experience with Required Minimum Distributions
