Media Production
Responsibilities
Video Editing & Content Creation : Take raw footage from our sports shows and creator content to produce compelling weekly highlight reels and short-form clips
Channel Management : Assist in programming and publishing content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter/X, ensuring consistent brand voice and cadence
Trend Spotting : Stay ahead of social trends and audio memes to keep our content fresh and relevant
Community Engagement : Interact with our audience and fans in the comments to build community loyalty
Analytics : Track performance of clips to understand what formats are working and help refine our content strategy
Qualification
Required
Strong Video Editing Skills: Proficiency with editing software is essential (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve). You must be comfortable cutting clips, adding captions, and syncing audio
Social Fluency: Deep understanding of TikTok and Reels algorithms, formats, and best practices
Graphic Design Basics: Familiarity with Canva or Photoshop for thumbnails and social assets is a plus
Organization: Ability to manage multiple assets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Passion for the Industry: A genuine interest in the creator economy, sports media, and digital entertainment
