Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner - Hybrid
BEPC Inc is seeking a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner to drive full-cycle recruitment for critical Commercial roles. The role involves leveraging expertise in Sales and Marketing recruitment within the Medical Device or Medical Technology industries to attract and hire top talent while ensuring a strong partnership with hiring managers and HR teams.

Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment for Commercial roles including Sales, Marketing, and Clinical positions
Recruit across Diagnostics, Surgical, and Breast & Skeletal Health divisions
Successfully fill roles such as Sales Representatives, Territory Managers, Clinical Specialists, Product Managers, and Marketing Leaders
Partner with Sourcing to develop and execute proactive recruiting strategies that build strong, diverse pipelines
Deliver high-quality candidate slates quickly while managing multiple requisitions across divisions
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HRBPs, providing consultative guidance on hiring strategies, market trends, and talent availability
Support workforce planning efforts by anticipating hiring needs and aligning recruitment strategies to business goals
Maintain pipeline health, prioritize requisitions effectively, and consistently meet deadlines
Ensure consistent, accurate ATS documentation, communication, and follow-through
Utilize data, metrics, and AI-enabled tools to improve recruiting outcomes and efficiency
Maintain compliance with internal hiring processes and best practices
Qualification
Required
BA Degree Preferred
5–7 years of Talent Acquisition experience (2 years minimum considered)
Proven experience recruiting Sales and Marketing talent within Medical Device or Medical Technology industries
Demonstrated success supporting Commercial hiring in complex, matrixed organizations
Experience managing multiple high-priority requisitions in a fast-paced environment
Strong partnership experience with business leaders, HRBPs, and cross-functional teams
Deep understanding of labor market trends, competitor activity, and industry benchmarks
Workforce planning and forecasting capabilities aligned to organizational strategy
Familiarity with employment assessments and structured interview methodologies
Knowledge of employer branding and talent management practices
