Responsibilities
Manage projects from submittals to close-out, ensuring timely material delivery and 90% invoicing prior to turnover
Direct day-to-day operations for hydraulic and geared modernizations; train technicians and maintain positive Union Relations
Conduct field surveys, estimate bids, interpret blueprints, and procure specialized elevator components
Identify change orders, monitor job efficiency, and ensure strict Schindler Safety compliance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or related technical program
5 years leading projects and technical teams (Elevator/Building systems preferred)
Proficient in SAP
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
Strong financial management and communication skills
