Responsibilities
Advise on commercial real estate transactions, including title review, underwriting, and related documentation
Identify and resolve complex title, survey, and transactional issues
Draft, review, and interpret a variety of legal documents, including purchase agreements, leases, easements, and loan documents
Partner with internal teams and external parties to ensure efficient and compliant closings
Provide practical, business-focused legal advice that supports company initiatives and mitigates risk
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in the U.S
3+ years of experience in commercial real estate law, ideally with exposure to title, underwriting, or transactional matters
Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
A proactive, solutions-oriented approach and the ability to work effectively across departments
