Responsibilities
Develop and execute an IT strategy aligned with enterprise growth objectives and the PE value-creation plan
Consolidate decentralized IT environments into a standardized, scalable enterprise architecture
Implement modern digital platforms (ERP, MES, analytics, cybersecurity) to improve operations and enable actionable business insight
Oversee enterprise applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data across a distributed, multi-site footprint
Standardize IT processes, governance, and controls to support compliance, reliability, and resilience
Partner with operations to improve automation, system uptime, and data integrity
Manage strategic IT vendors against defined service-level commitments
Build and lead a high-performing IT organization in a remote operating model
Foster accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, translating business needs into technology solutions
Support technology due diligence and post-acquisition integrations
Establish scalable platforms to support ongoing and future acquisitions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
12+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership
Demonstrated success leading IT transformations in decentralized organizations
Strong knowledge of ERP systems, manufacturing technologies, cybersecurity, and enterprise infrastructure
Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills
Preferred
Master's degree
Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or multi-site environments
Experience in private equity–backed or high-growth environments
