Field Marketing Lead
Campfire is building the future of enterprise finance, and they are seeking a Field Marketing Lead to own and scale their experiential marketing strategy. This role involves managing events, driving pipeline through experiences, and ensuring successful execution of marketing programs that resonate with finance leaders.

Responsibilities
Own our events strategy and calendar:
Build and manage our annual events calendar across owned, sponsored, and partner events
Drive our events strategy as we expand internationally
Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of Finance Forward, our flagship AI Finance Summit
Develop our roadshow strategy to bring Campfire to key markets
Partner with sales and product on strategic event investments and sponsorships
Manage and scale field marketing programs:
Manage our Field Marketing Specialist who owns dinners at scale, tradeshows, and webinars
Build scalable playbooks and systems for repeatable, high-quality event execution
Establish clear processes for pre-event promotion, day-of execution, and post-event follow-up
Create templates and documentation that allow the team to move faster without sacrificing quality
Execute flagship events end-to-end:
Own all aspects of Finance Forward: venue, speakers, content, production, attendee experience, sponsorships
Design and execute roadshow events in key markets
Build partner event programs that drive co-marketing and co-selling opportunities
Manage event budgets, vendor relationships, and logistics
Drive measurable business impact:
Work with sales and marketing to set clear pipeline and revenue goals for each event
Track and report on event performance: attendance, engagement, pipeline, ROI
Use data to optimize event strategy and double down on what's working
Ensure seamless handoff from marketing to sales for event-generated leads
Build community and brand:
Create experiences that resonate with modern finance and operations leaders
Position Campfire as the thought leader in AI-native finance through event content and programming
Build relationships with key customers, partners, and influencers in the finance community
Turn events into moments that people remember and talk about
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience in field marketing or events, ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech
Proven track record of executing large-scale events (200+ attendees) from concept to completion
Experience managing direct reports or coordinating across cross-functional teams
Strong project management skills with ability to juggle multiple events simultaneously
Data-driven approach to measuring event success and optimizing programs
Comfortable with ambiguity and building programs from scratch in a fast-paced startup environment
Preferred
Experience running a flagship company summit or conference
Background in B2B SaaS, fintech, or enterprise software marketing
Experience with event marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce)
Existing relationships in the finance or accounting community
Experience building partner event programs or co-marketing initiatives
Familiarity with Notion for project management
