1+ years expEmpower ABA is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their growing ABA team. In this role, you will provide clinical oversight and supervision for in-home ABA services for children and adolescents diagnosed with autism and related developmental needs, while designing individualized treatment plans and mentoring RBTs.

Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive behavioral and skill-based assessments
Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
Supervise and provide ongoing training and feedback to RBTs
Provide parent training and caregiver collaboration to support skill generalization
Monitor client progress through data review and analysis
Ensure clinical documentation and treatment plans meet compliance standards
Collaborate with clinical leadership, intake, and case coordination teams
Participate in ongoing supervision, mentorship, and professional development
Qualification
Required
Active BCBA certification (in good standing)
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
At least 1 year of experience providing ABA services
Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills
Ability to manage cases independently while working within a supportive team structure
Comfortable working in in-home settings
Preferred
Experience supervising RBTs or BTs
Experience providing in-home ABA services
Strong family-centered and collaborative approach
Availability for after-school hours
Experience working with insurance-based ABA services
