Responsibilities
Maintain and support Excel- and BI-based reporting for Sales Finance and Commercial Finance teams
Respond to routine user questions and minor data issues
Support sales planning processes, including volume and trade forecasting, promotions, rebates, accruals, deductions, and true-ups
Assist with data validation, scenario analysis, and ongoing reporting outputs
Maintain and leverage customer and channel data structures for reporting accuracy
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment on metrics and reporting outputs
Provide ad hoc analysis to support decision-making during stabilization
Coordinate with technical teams as needed for defect triage
Qualification
Required
7–10+ years of experience in financial close, financial planning, or sales finance
Manager-level experience in Sales Finance, Commercial Finance, or FP&A
Accounting or finance degree
Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivots, and data modeling
Experience supporting sales teams and sales planning processes
Strong understanding of trade forecasting mechanics
Experience with EPM reporting and BI tools
