Responsibilities
Full cycle recruiting including sourcing, posting on job boards, screening and interviewing candidates, scheduling interviews with hiring managers, and assisting in the offer and onboarding process
Recruiting for provider level opportunities in the healthcare/dermatology industry
Maintaining relationships with residency programs and sourcing partners
Attending industry events, promoting the brand, and engaging potential hires
Collaborating with hiring managers on internal openings
Organizing and maintaining candidate information in a database
Being a strong representative of the organization and providing a top-tier experience for candidates
Building a pipeline of qualified provider level candidates
Serving as a liaison through the interview and onboarding process for candidates (assisting with candidate travel, agendas, logistics, etc.)
Identifying improvements in recruitment workflows and candidate experience
Qualification
Required
4-6+ years in provider recruitment, healthcare staffing (for senior level roles), or talent acquisition
Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, dermatology industry experience is a plus
Must be comfortable with a slow recruitment cycle of provider level candidates
Bachelors degree required
Experience managing ATS platforms
Deep understanding of recruitment practices and sourcing strategies
Experienced in coordinating travel logistics for interviews
Must have strong negotiating skills
Must be comfortable traveling 25% of the time
