Billing activities across multiple sites at OSU
Coordinating with the Clinical Trials Offices, hospital departments, laboratories and other Shared Resources
Managing quality assurance/control for specimens and equipment maintenance and certification
Ensuring protocol compliance with regard to specimens procurement and processing
Trains and manages processing staff
Participates in budget and business planning
Ensures services meet the needs of investigators
Conducts specimen quality assurance and quality control
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
supervisory experience
knowledge of clinical trials
minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical operations, clinical research or laboratory setting
Excellent communication skills
knowledge of research protocols
