Required

Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 configuration, customization, and administration

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail with the ability to work collaboratively across teams

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered

Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders and support end-users effectively

Preferred

Experience with ERP systems and project management methodologies is a plus
