Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement software solutions to meet project requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices
Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
Identify and resolve software defects and performance issues
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the software remains cutting-edge
Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience as a Software Developer, with expertise in advanced programming languages and frameworks
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work on complex technical challenges
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
Preferred
Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus
