Responsibilities
Improve the efficiency and reliability of core ads delivery and marketplace systems
Optimize real-time feedback mechanisms to ensure high-precision delivery and budget management
Collaborate on the design and implementation of next-generation bidding and ranking algorithms
Develop scalable infrastructure for automated products that enhance the advertiser experience
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive technical innovation and maintain a high bar for system quality
Analyze complex datasets and lead experimentation efforts to optimize performance metrics
Qualification
Required
Proven experience building and operating large-scale distributed systems using languages like Java, Go, or Scala
Proven experience in the ads delivery lifecycle, specifically with pacing controllers, auction mechanics, and delivery funnels
Deep familiarity with low-latency data pipelines and stream processing technologies like Kafka, Flink, or Spark
Experience building or maintaining control systems, PID controllers, or bid/pricing optimization systems
Proficiency in metric design, experimentation methodologies, and using data to guide architectural decisions
Sufficient knowledge of English to have professional verbal and written exchanges
Preferred
Experience or a strong interest in building infrastructure to support AI agents or LLM-integrated backend workflows
