Responsibilities

Overseeing packaging workflow and supporting hourly and temporary team members
Monitoring all jobs for defects, quality issues, and proper SOP compliance
Verifying SAP materials and documentation accuracy
Coordinating quality checks, hourly pulls, and QC testing
Ensuring team members rotate positions at appropriate intervals
Supporting fair and efficient scheduling, breaks, and overtime distribution
Printing labels, maintaining pallet flags, and keeping clear communication across shifts
Maintaining a clean, safe work environment and promoting continuous improvement
Troubleshooting production issues and keeping operations on track
Fostering teamwork, accountability, and a culture of urgency and excellence

Required

Ability to coach, motivate, and build a positive team culture
Strong communication during and between shift transitions
Knowledge of manufacturing safety requirements
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-temperature environment
Strong organizational and delegation skills
Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

Preferred

3–5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing or similar environment
