Responsibilities
Develop and deliver training materials to upskill team members on new advertising features and best practices; provide strategic oversight and mentorship to Ads Managers and Jr. DSP Managers, fostering their professional growth
Stay at the forefront of innovation within Amazon advertising, spearheading the implementation of new tests across Amazon Marketing Cloud, Search, and DSP
Ensure rigorous team adherence to established processes and workflows, optimizing for efficiency and accuracy
Deliver expert strategic guidance and unwavering support to the entire advertising team
Conduct in-depth market research, including comprehensive keyword analysis and category analysis, to identify growth opportunities; perform meticulous account audits and develop bespoke advertising strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs and objectives
Strategically launch and meticulously maintain high-performing advertising campaigns; continuously optimize PPC/PPM campaigns to consistently achieve and exceed clients’ goals
Generate and maintain insightful reports, both regular performance overviews and ad-hoc analyses; rigorously track account performance and status, leveraging both ad-related and overarching total KPIs to gauge success
Provide invaluable consulting to clients on advertising strategy and navigating the intricate Amazon landscape
Cultivate a deep and nuanced understanding of the Amazon ecosystem, as well as e-commerce and digital marketing in general
Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure synergistic efforts between DSP and search advertising initiatives

Proven Leadership: Has successfully managed an advertising team for 3+ years in the past, demonstrating strong leadership and team development skills
Continuous Improvement Advocate: Never content with the status quo; actively seeks out and implements innovative solutions to enhance performance and efficiency
Composure Under Pressure: Possesses the ability to remain calm and decisive amidst uncertainty and high-pressure situations
Data Analysis Prowess: Proficient in leveraging data analysis tools, particularly Google Sheets with advanced pivoting capabilities. Experience with statistical analysis is highly valued for this role
Exceptional Organization: Highly organized with the ability to effectively prioritize workload and seamlessly manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex strategies to both team members and clients
