Identify and recruit qualified Realtors and Loan Officers (LinkedIn, networking, communities, referrals, etc.)
Message prospects and generate interest
Schedule interviews / intro calls
Support the candidate through the onboarding process
Help us build a consistent pipeline of high-quality team members
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills (phone + messaging)
Ability to source and contact candidates proactively
Consistency and follow-up discipline
Comfortable with performance-based compensation
Preferred
Recruiting experience is a plus (not required if you have strong network and execution)
