Responsibilities
Provide administrative and scheduling support to HR leadership
Coordinate meetings, events, orientations, and recognition programs
Process invoices, billbacks, and vendor documentation
Support onboarding/offboarding activities and HR communications
Maintain HR tracking, workflows, and reporting cycles
Assist with Talent Development and Talent Acquisition reporting and logistics
Design, develop, and maintain HR reports and dashboards
Extract and analyze employee and HR data from multiple systems
Perform audits, data validation, and quality checks
Support ad-hoc and recurring HR analytics requests
Collaborate with HR, HRIT, Payroll, and Analytics teams
Create reporting documentation and data definitions
Qualification
Required
2-4 years of HR coordination or administrative experience
Strong Msft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience supporting multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
2+ years of HR reporting or HRIS/HRIT experience
Strong Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, data analysis)
Understanding of HR or payroll data and confidentiality requirements
Preferred
Experience with reporting or analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Alteryx preferred)
