Parcel Operations Coordinator
Beeline Group is a leading international supplier of fashion jewelry and accessories, operating since 1990. They are seeking a Parcel Operations Coordinator to support parcel delivery operations across the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico, ensuring timely deliveries and effective communication with logistics partners.

Responsibilities
Monitor transport lead times and ensure timely parcel deliveries
Track and trace shipments across the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico
Coordinate parcel pickups and returns with carriers and field teams
Serve as a primary contact for inquiries from field representatives and carriers
Manage parcel-related issues, complaints, and claims via email, phone, and Microsoft Teams
Maintain positive relationships with logistics partners to ensure service quality
Prepare monthly lead-time and performance reports for all carriers
Conduct shipping evaluations and statistical analyses, primarily using Excel
Maintain accurate shipment and return records
Process return packages and create return labels as needed
Support logistics documentation and ensure proper filing of carrier correspondence
Qualification
Required
Monitor transport lead times and ensure timely parcel deliveries

Manage parcel-related issues, complaints, and claims via email, phone, and Microsoft Teams

Establish accurate and efficient parcel monitoring procedures within 30 days
Deliver consistent monthly carrier performance and lead-time reports within 60 days
Improve resolution time for carrier-related complaints and returns within 90 days
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred
2–4 years of experience in logistics administration or customer service preferred
Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel
Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are an asset
