InternHeritage Landscape Supply Group, Inc. is seeking a Fleet Procurement Intern to support fleet acquisition and procurement operations. The intern will gain hands-on experience in procurement strategy, vendor pricing, and fleet data integrity while working closely with the Fleet Procurement Manager.

Responsibilities
Support the development, testing, and execution of a new procurement-based platform
Assist with reviewing vendor pricing to ensure alignment with negotiated contracts and terms
Help pull, consolidate, and validate equipment purchase data from vendors against internal systems to confirm accurate receipt and recording
Identify discrepancies between vendor records and the Fleet Management System (FMS) and assist with resolution efforts
Support data clean-up and standardization initiatives within the FMS to improve accuracy and visibility
Maintain procurement records, tracking tools, and reports
Analyze purchasing data and pricing trends
Contribute to special projects focused on process improvement and operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Analytics, Operations, or a related field
Ability to provide an unofficial transcript
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with data analysis or reporting tools is a plus
Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
Interest in procurement, fleet operations, or supply chain management
Comfort working with large data sets and reconciling information
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Proactive, process-oriented mindset
Strong time management, organization, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a data-driven, detail-oriented environment
