Responsibilities

Manage foreclosure and real estate litigation cases from start to finish

Prepare legal analyses and advise clients on strategy and risk

Draft pleadings and respond to motions

Represent clients in court hearings, both in-person and telephonic

Support other litigation and transactional matters as needed

Work part-time remotely after completing initial in-office training

Qualification

JD from accredited law schoolActive license to practice lawLegal experience in litigationMicrosoft OfficeCommunication skillsOrganizational skillsTime management skillsProblem-solving abilities

Required

JD from an accredited law school

Active license to practice law in Hawaii

At least 1 year of legal experience, preferably in litigation, real estate, or mortgage law

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to handle a high-volume caseload efficiently

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning client systems

Preferred

Prior experience with judicial foreclosures or consumer finance litigation

Familiarity with remote work tools and tech-enabled workflows

A proactive mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
