Responsibilities

Project Planning & Strategy: Define clear project scopes, outline objectives, and develop detailed project plans aligned with business goals
Budget & Schedule Management: Oversee project budgets and timelines, ensuring delivery within scope and financial parameters
Cross-functional Team Leadership: Coordinate and lead diverse teams including campaign activation managers, lifecycle/email automation specialists, digital developers, designers, and B2B marketers. Assign tasks, facilitate collaboration, and foster a strong team environment
Risk & Issue Resolution: Proactively identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Troubleshoot issues to maintain momentum and ensure on-time delivery
Quality Assurance: Review deliverables for functionality, usability, and adherence to brand standards, ensuring exceptional quality outcomes
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders and clients through regular updates, managing expectations effectively
Process Optimization: Continually evaluate and improve workflows, including managing system integrations, data analytics, and automation processes, to enhance operational efficiency and project outcomes

Required

7+ years managing digital asset creation and campaign execution across channels such as web, email, SMS, chat, landing pages, paid media, SEO content, and digital activations
7+ years utilizing project management tools like Wrike, Workfront, or Monday.com
5+ years promoting Agile/Scrum methodologies as a Scrum Master or in a similar capacity
5+ years working with digital tools such as content management systems, Google Analytics, UTMs, marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot, Pardot), and CRM systems
3+ years managing international digital projects with a focus on localization and regional considerations
Strong understanding of web development, digital analytics, and data-driven marketing strategies
Proven ability to lead diverse teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, and resolve complex issues proactively
Exceptional time management and multitasking capabilities to oversee multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
