Responsibilities
Produce certified payrolls weekly to owners
Manual forms, State forms, LCP, DIR & ID eMars
Maintain & update fringe benefit statements accordingly
Understand, track, coordinate, & maintain AUA requirements for Nevada Public Works Projects per Craft (Hours due February 15th at NV Prevailing Wage AUA)
Update tracking weekly per project (3% vs 10%)
Request apprentices for new jobs per craft
Coordinate apprentices to projects & with payroll
Re-request monthly if one is not dispatched
Maintain documentation of requests in folder
Understand, track, coordinate, & maintain DAS requirements for California Certified Payroll Projects per Craft
Send DAS 140 per craft for every job 5 days before we start job or right when we find out we started job
Send to all applicable unions & ABC NorCal for Painters & Laborer Craft
Send DAS 142 per craft for every job we need an apprentice for
20% of craft
Send to all applicable unions & ABC NorCal for Painters & Laborer Craft
Help identify payroll issues by complying with state prevailing wage requirements

Submit subcontractor list for Nevada Public Works Projects to Labor Commissioner
Create Holiday list per craft for California & Nevada
Manage New Job Numbers

Ensure jobs are set up properly

3+ years Certified Payroll & Compliance experience in the construction industry
