They are seeking an Integration, Fusion & Portfolio SME to serve as the senior integration authority, providing enterprise-level guidance on system fusion and agile portfolio governance for the FAA's Broad National Air Traffic Control System.

Responsibilities
Serve as the principal integration and portfolio management advisor to FAA leadership and BNATCS program management
Define and oversee enterprise integration strategies that synchronize development, deployment, and sustainment activities across multiple task orders and technical domains
Lead the design of the BNATCS Fusion Framework-integrating systems, data, and operational functions under a unified enterprise architecture
Drive the implementation of Agile-at-Scale (SAFe) and Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) practices to ensure alignment between strategic intent and program delivery
Coordinate portfolio-level dependency mapping, risk mitigation, and capability sequencing across FAA ATO, AJM, AJW, and industry partners
Provide executive-level insight into portfolio performance, inter-system dependencies, and delivery health using quantitative analytics and visualization tools
Advise on use of digital engineering and MBSE (Model-Based Systems Engineering) methods to enable traceability from enterprise architecture to operational outcomes
Oversee fusion of cybersecurity, safety, and engineering integration processes to support FAA's Safety Management System (SMS) and mission assurance objectives
Evaluate vendor integration approaches, ensure technical interoperability, and advise on governance structures that promote agile collaboration and architectural consistency
Mentor senior integration engineers, release train engineers (RTEs), and portfolio managers in applying agile frameworks to large, safety-critical modernization programs
Qualification
Required
U.S. Citizenship Required
Must have the ability to obtain / maintain a Public Trust clearance
Bachelor's degree and 12 years of experience or Masters degree and 10 years or Associate's degree and 14 years experience or HS diploma/equivalent and 16 years experience
Experience in enterprise systems integration, agile portfolio management, or large-scale program transformation within FAA, DoD, or other federal environments
Demonstrated expertise in agile frameworks (SAFe, LPM, Scrum@Scale) and enterprise integration governance
Proven leadership experience managing cross-domain portfolios, complex dependencies, and mission-critical deployments
Experience in digital engineering, MBSE, or enterprise data fusion environments (Cameo, Enterprise Architect, DOORS, or equivalent)
Excellent strategic communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence enterprise modernization outcomes
Preferred
Exposure to FAA programs or NAS systems
Certifications such as SAFe SPC, PMP, PMI-ACP, or PgMP strongly preferred
Deep understanding of FAA AMS processes, NAS operational systems, and safety/security interdependencies
