Responsibilities
Document current and future state workflows for EDMS-related processes
Create integration specifications for SWIFT and SEMA4 (inbound and outbound)
Develop integration strategies, schedules, and test scenarios
Assist with configuration, testing, and deployment activities
Facilitate pre-discovery meetings and manage milestones across stakeholders
Prepare technical documentation and ensure compliance with project requirements
Support UAT testing and coordinate with vendors for successful implementation
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
Proven track record leading design and implementation of complex IT projects
Strong knowledge in Quality Assurance (QA) and Project Management (PM)
Ability to manage competing priorities and communicate effectively across teams
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field
Preferred
Business Analyst Certification (IIBA or equivalent)
Experience with government systems or large-scale integrations
