Responsibilities
Partnering with Hiring Managers: Understand staffing needs, job requirements, and develop recruitment strategies
Sourcing & Attraction: Post jobs, search databases, network, and build talent pipelines for current and future roles
Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate hiring manager interviews, and facilitate selection
Candidate Management: Maintain positive candidate experience, manage communications, and handle reference checks
Offers & Onboarding: Draft offers, manage compensation discussions, and support smooth transitions for new hires
Employer Branding: Act as a brand ambassador to attract talent and shape perception
Metrics & Systems: Utilize ATS, track recruitment data, and improve processes like time-to-fill
Qualification
Required
Experience in managing the full hiring cycle
Ability to define staffing needs with managers
Proficiency in sourcing candidates using various platforms such as job boards and social media
Experience in screening and interviewing candidates
Ability to extend offers and manage onboarding processes
Experience in promoting employer brand
Ability to maintain talent pipelines for open roles
Experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
