The Carrier Sales professional will build and maintain relationships with carrier customers, identify revenue growth opportunities, and manage the sales process to contribute to the company's growth.
Responsibilities
Building and maintaining relationships with carrier customers
Identifying opportunities to grow revenue
Managing the sales process from lead generation to closing
Communicating effectively with clients
Providing outstanding customer service
Coordinating efforts with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Analyzing market trends to develop strategies to achieve sales targets
Contributing to company growth
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in Freight Brokerage and Account Management
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
Proficiency in Sales and the ability to identify opportunities and close deals
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
Availability to work on-site in Bend, OR, with a strong understanding of the Pacific Northwest region
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the telecommunications or technology industry
