Director of Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Sales & Digital
Career Coaching Cloud is seeking a Director of Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Sales & Digital who will be responsible for driving revenue growth, customer acquisition, and brand loyalty across all DTC channels. This role involves developing comprehensive DTC growth strategies, optimizing digital touchpoints, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance the consumer experience.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive DTC growth strategy aligned with company revenue and brand objectives
Own DTC revenue targets, KPIs, forecasting, and performance reporting
Identify and scale growth opportunities across e-commerce, mobile, marketplaces, and owned channels
Optimize pricing, promotions, conversion, and customer lifetime value
Lead all aspects of the e-commerce ecosystem, including site performance, UX/UI, conversion optimization, and checkout experience
Partner with technology teams to ensure platform scalability, site stability, and data integrity
Oversee digital product roadmaps and continuous site enhancements
Drive customer acquisition through paid media, organic, email, SMS, loyalty, and personalization strategies
Leverage data and insights to enhance customer retention, repeat purchase, and brand loyalty
Own CRM and lifecycle marketing strategies, including segmentation, automation, and personalization
Collaborate closely with Brand and Creative teams to ensure on-brand storytelling and consistent messaging
Align digital campaigns with product launches, seasonal assortments, and promotional calendars
Ensure DTC strategies reinforce brand positioning and elevate the consumer experience
Use analytics to track performance across traffic, conversion, AOV, CAC, ROAS, and LTV
Translate data into actionable insights to inform merchandising, marketing, and inventory decisions
Build dashboards and executive-level reporting for leadership visibility
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing DTC, e-commerce, and digital marketing team
Foster collaboration across merchandising, planning, supply chain, finance, and customer service
Act as a thought partner to executive leadership on consumer trends and digital innovation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or related field
8–12+ years of progressive experience in DTC, e-commerce, digital sales, or consumer marketing, preferably within apparel, fashion, or lifestyle brands
Proven ownership of DTC revenue, P&L, and growth initiatives
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing channels, CRM, and analytics tools
Demonstrated success scaling DTC revenue in a fast-paced, consumer-centric environment
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree
Experience leading omnichannel or digitally native brands
Strong background in data-driven decision-making and performance marketing
Familiarity with global or international DTC expansion
