Responsibilities
Provide general support to Safe-Guard's legal and compliance department
Assist with negotiations and drafting of contracts to support the needs of the business
Support a wide range of legal department work, which may include legal research, marketing reviews, revising and drafting customer forms, litigation and complaints support and regulatory tracking
Participate in meetings with internal business partners to see how the legal department supports the Safe-Guard business
Learn about the company and the culture at Safe-Guard
Qualification
Required
Must complete 2nd year of law school by May 2025 and have a history of academic excellence
Must possess core behaviors/skills of: Diligence, Integrity, Strong Work Ethic, Excellent Written and Verbal Communication, Ability to Work Independently, Problem Solving, and Quick & Versatile Learning
