Mighty 8th is a marketing agency seeking a Digital Marketing Manager responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies across various platforms. Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital lead generation and evergreen campaigns through SEM and paid social and execute campaigns and strategy from ideation, creative strategy, targeting, and segmentation for all channel marketing
Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize ad targeting, placements, bidding strategies, and creative elements
Conduct A/B testing to maximize campaign effectiveness and improve conversion rates on paid media channels
Develop and manage campaign budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across different paid media channels
Monitor spending, track expenses, and provide regular reports on campaign performance based off established KPIs and budget utilization
Utilize data analytics and audience insights to identify target demographics, interests, and behaviors
Leverage the data and various targeting options available on digital platforms to reach the most relevant audience segments and increase campaign effectiveness
Oversee Planning and coordinating and schedule of activity across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Youtube and other paid social platforms to aid in the overall digital marketing strategy
Manage creation and deployment of email marketing campaigns including content, CTRs, and engagements that further enhance the overall digital strategy for the client
Monitor key metrics and generate comprehensive reports to evaluate campaign performance
Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting key findings, insights, and recommendations for improvement
Measure all media initiatives including web, social, email, and print
Understand the best practices for various platforms and channels to develop holistic digital marketing campaigns that align with the brand’s KPIs
Stay abreast of the latest trends and emerging technologies and platforms within digital marketing
Continuously expand your knowledge and expertise in digital marketing to deliver innovative and impactful campaigns
Management of all internal and outsourced digital team members
This role will oversee the deployment of organic social and email newsletters/campaigns. If no outside source is available to handle deployment, this role will fill that void until a new vendor or additional employee is identified
