Staffing Sales Director

Rangam is seeking candidates for an internal Direct Hire position as our next Sales Director. This fully remote role offers flexibility while providing the opportunity to play a key leadership part in driving national sales initiatives and supporting our organization’s strategic growth in the staffing industry.

Responsibilities

Fully remote role with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Strategic Recruitment Planning: Partner with senior management to understand workforce needs and develop talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals
Sales of Staffing Services: Sell staffing solutions nationally, with a strong emphasis on MSP partnerships and direct clients, including Supplier Diversity, Procurement, and Category Managers
Manage and maintain a sales pipeline of 30 hot prospects per quarter in collaboration with the VP of Sales
Meet and exceed performance KPIs and annual sales targets
Employer Branding: Strengthen Rangam’s employer brand through social media, industry events, career fairs, and other visibility channels
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and external partners to understand hiring needs and offer strategic guidance
Data-Driven Approach: Use analytics and recruitment metrics to support continuous improvement in sales and talent acquisition strategies
Conduct market research to stay current with industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment methods
Recommend opportunities to enhance the company’s employer brand
Remain informed on labor legislation and communicate relevant updates to recruiters
Expand the company’s professional network through connections with industry professionals, colleges, associations, and participation in job fairs and career events
Perform other duties as assigned

Required

5–10 years of sales experience, preferably in staffing or talent solutions
Solid understanding of recruitment methods, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
Ability to analyze recruitment data and metrics for informed decision-making
Willingness and ability to travel up to 35%
Strong relationship-building skills

Preferred

Experience attending supplier summits; national conferences a plus
Familiarity with or experience in supplier diversity
Strong relationships with MSP partners
